During the whole of last week, there are lot of junk mails reaching user mailboxes giving links to greeting card sites. This is a new type of junk mail which the spammers have created, as on the eve of friendship day they expect people to open these mails. As most of the known anti-spam products are not able to counter this attack, many users have received these junk mails.
We are proud to announce that on the first instance of this outbreak we were able to identify this technique. Logix Secure Relay with its cluster of solutions using a combination of Machine Generated rules, Human rules and SBRS was able to stop the outbreak in its tracks within minutes.
This again shows that spammers are constantly adjusting techniques. The best anti-spam solution is one with the ability to quickly react to these new tricks. This outbreak is the perfect opportunity to show that we adapt to new techniques very efficiently and deliver the right solution to our valued customers with minimum latency.
