Start the Outlook or Outlook Express of receiver of the Spam Mail
Right click on the Spam Mail and forward it as an attachment to mail.support@logix.in
This process necessarily needs to be done from the inbox of the receiver of the spam mail
The spam mail's header is erased as soon as it is forwarded.
This simple process will eradicate the possibility of receiving such spam mails, forever.
Click on the Report tab of the control panel
A Statistic option to display general report will appear on the left
Click on the report link under Data Transfer Report . This will display a graph showing details of the SMTP connection
Click on the Spam tab
The White List option will show on the left of the screen
Click on the White List option
The Blacklist option will show on the left of the screen
Click on the Black List option
Click on the Domain name
Click on the spam tab
Notifier will appear on the left side of the screen
